Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of RelayCore and its messaging integration services.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing RelayCore or using an issued application credential, you agree to these Terms. If you use RelayCore for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

RelayCore provides infrastructure for receiving authenticated Meta webhook events, routing events to configured applications and sending authorized WhatsApp Business Platform messages. Connected applications remain responsible for their customer experience, business decisions and message content.

3. Authorized access

Administration is restricted to approved accounts. Application credentials are confidential and must be stored securely. You must promptly report suspected compromise and rotate or revoke affected credentials. You are responsible for activity performed using credentials issued to your application.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use RelayCore to:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited or unauthorized messages.
  • Violate Meta, WhatsApp, privacy, consumer-protection or anti-spam rules.
  • Access a number, account, application or customer record without authority.
  • Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass security or usage controls.
  • Transmit malware or content that infringes another party’s rights.

5. WhatsApp and customer obligations

You are responsible for obtaining required customer consent, honoring opt-outs, using approved templates when required, following customer-service-window rules, maintaining accurate business information and complying with all applicable WhatsApp Business Platform terms and policies. Meta services are provided by Meta, not RelayCore, and may change or become unavailable independently.

6. Data protection

Each connected business is responsible for its privacy notice, lawful basis, data-subject responses and instructions to RelayCore. You must send RelayCore only the information necessary for an authorized business purpose and implement reasonable security in your connected application.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to operate RelayCore reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change the service to improve security, comply with law or adapt to provider requirements. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, policy violation, unlawful activity, provider instruction or material breach. Application keys and Meta credentials may be revoked immediately when necessary to protect users or systems.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RelayCore is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for outages and decisions of Meta, carriers, hosting providers or connected applications. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights applicable in another jurisdiction remain unaffected.
